In the first instance, if you are interested in any of the services Dr Wilde offers, please get in touch to discuss your requirements and expectations. We aim to get back to you within two working days although it is almost always much sooner and typically within a few hours. We do not currently offer any online bookings as our appointment timings for all our services are completely flexible to allow them to be mutually convenient to both you and Dr Wilde. Where possible, we avoid booking more than one new patient per session to allow Dr Wilde to overrun an appointment should your circumstances require it.
We prefer to carry out initial consultations face-to-face as this allows us to deliver our best possible service. However, for those unable to travel, online consultations using Skype, Facetime or similar services are offered as an alternative. Telephone consultations are also possible, but the generally poorer quality audio and lack of non-verbal communication makes this less than ideal for a first meeting. Follow-up appointments can routinely be done online but Dr Wilde is more than happy to do these in a face-to-face setting, it is up to you.
We have yet to find a way to offer massage services remotely, so we are afraid you will have to come and see us in person for these!
All our face-to-face medical and coaching appointments are carried out in our consulting room in the Horizon Suite at Frome Medical Centre. There is ample parking, including disabled, and the nearest railway stations are Frome and Westbury. The Centre also has a comfortable waiting area, pharmacy and café on site.
All massage services are delivered in a relaxing, private setting in Beckington village, near Frome. Full address supplied on booking.
